East Nashville is getting another brewery, as Smith and Lentz Brewing Co. has leased space in the former Worm's Way garden building at 903 Main Street, located directly across from Edley's Bar-B-Que and Fat Bottom Brewing. Posts to social media appear to show that they took possession of the space in early March, with light demo beginning on March 18.

Smith and Lentz owners Kurt Smith and Adler Lentz originally pegged a SoBro property as the location for their small-batch brewery and taproom, but significant fire damage to the building last September scrapped those plans, prompting a search for a new home and giving birth to the hashtag "#therewillbebeer."

So be sure to check back for future progress updates and info.
