Embers Ski Lodge Is Now Open in 12 South

After a number of lengthy delays, 12 South neighborhood bar and restaurant Embers Ski Lodge quietly opened earlier today. Located at 2410 12th Avenue South, the lodge-themed concept is the newest project from Mafiaoza's Lars Kopperud, Michael Dolan and Brett Corrieri, who have brought on veteran restaurant operator Matt Buttel as general manager and Bombay Sapphire U.S. Brand Ambassador Gary Hayward to oversee the cocktail program.

While a few menu details are known, the full kitchen and beverage menus, along with the final interior renovations, have been kept under pretty tight wraps. Hours will be 11 a.m. until late, seven days a week.
