One of the season's most hotly anticipated restaurants is getting ready to open their doors, as Germantown's 5th and Taylor has pegged next Monday, April 27, as their official opening date.
Multi-James Beard Award nominated chef Daniel Lindley and his team are still keeping details pretty close to the vest, but expect a "regional and seasonally focused American menu" from his veteran kitchen crew, including former Moto executive chef Andy Hayes as chef de cuisine, pastry chef Rachel De Jong, formerly the head pastry chef at The Inn at Little Washington and executive sous chef Daniel Gorman, also an Inn at Little Washington alum.
As for the space, it'll be large, open and high ceilinged, offering seating for approximately 250 between the main dining room, bar, private dining area and outdoor bar and patio.
