Tonight's the night, as Chattanooga-based chef Daniel Lindley opens the doors to 5th and Taylor, his first Nashville project. What to expect? A large, high ceilinged dining space full of custom furnishings and art, with a kitchen turning out dishes such as beef tartar with capers and mustard seed, bacon wrapped halibut with red cabbage and salsa verde, and desserts like strawberry pie for two with star anise ice cream. For now, opening hours will be Sunday through Thursday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
