Blvd Nashville's Francesco Vito Joins the Fifty First Kitchen and Bar Team

As Fifty First Kitchen and Bar continues towards a May opening, they also continue to load up on talent, as longtime Blvd Nashville chef de cuisine Francesco Vito has officially left Arnold Myint's Belmont bistro to join the kitchen crew at Fifty First.

Vito had been a fixture there, running the day-to-day and collaborating with executive chef Myint in the kitchen since 2010, first when it was Cha Chah, and then in its second incarnation as Blvd. He joins co-owner/executive chef Tony Galzin and recent Chicago transplant Duncan Biddulph in the back-of-house.
