Steadfast Coffee, the Germantown pop-up shop that's been keeping residence in The Skillery coworking space, has finally moved into their own permanent digs, soft opening at 7 a.m. this morning. Located at 603 Taylor Street, the same business complex they've been operating out of, Steadfast Coffee will now sling their caffeinated beverages, as well as new food offerings, out of a roughly 1,640 square foot space.
The kitchen menu is being crafted by chef Julia Sullivan, a Nashville native and former sous chef at Pinewood Social. Sullivan, who moved back to town after spending a number of years in New York City working in the kitchens of Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Per Se and Franny's, has been teasing out new dishes on social media.
Business hours have also been expanded, with Steadfast now open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
