Americano, the new tapas-style restaurant that's taken over the former home of West End Cafe, begins service tonight.
Co-owner George Haddad tells Eater that it will still be a soft opening as planned, with roughly 90 percent of their kitchen menu, 50 percent of their wine list and 80 percent of the cocktail list on offer, with limited seating. Full menu availability will begin on Monday, with beer options being added in the next few weeks. Haddad also anticipates opening the patio within the next two weeks, as well as starting weekend brunch service in the near future.
Opening hours this weekend will be 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. tonight and Saturday, with the restaurant closed on Sunday. Regular hours of operation will begin on Monday, with the restaurant open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
