Here's a First Look at the Menus for Fifty First Kitchen and Bar

And an opening announcement should be coming very soon.

The team behind upcoming Nations' restaurant Fifty First Kitchen and Bar has played it pretty close to the vest over the past months, revealing some key personnel additions but keeping everything else very much under wraps. But with an announcement regarding the opening expected any day, new details are starting to be revealed, and Eater has your first look at the full menus.

As promised, chef/co-owner Tony Galzin has kept the kitchen menu concise, offering 15 dishes consisting primarily of small plates, with a few larger entree-sized portions. Selections range from farro sourdough focaccia, tagliolini and Cedar Key clams to a grilled New York bone-in strip and whole market-priced fish, with over two-thirds of the menu priced at a very reasonable $15 or under.

There is also a selection of house made charcuterie, of which Galzin has become known for around town, as well as cheeses.

And the short list of cocktails and aperitifs from beverage director/co-owner Caroline Galzin keeps it classic and simple, even adding in a couple of house made aperitifs. Head below to check out all the menus in full.
