Resident POP restaurant Otaku South may have served its last bowl of ramen this past Thursday (until its planned rebirth as Otaku Ramen in the Gulch this September), but Sarah Gavigan and her team aren't wasting any time getting the next project up and running, as Little Octopus is slated to open in the East Nashville space on June 9.

Gavigan and executive chef Daniel Herget plan to offer a menu of hot and cold small plates, salads, sandwiches and various grain and protein bowls for lunch, with raw offerings and larger plates being added into the mix for dinner. The menus are vegetable-heavy, and have an emphasis on gluten-free, vegan and pescatarian options.

The prices look to hit a sweet spot, with all plates running between $4 and $16. There will also be a full bar, serving cocktails, wine and beer.

Planned hours will be Tuesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Head below to check out the full lunch and dinner menus, and be sure to follow Little Octopus on Twitter and Facebook to keep up-to-date.
