Eighth and Roast Set to Open Chestnut Hill Location on Monday

It may have taken a little longer than planned, but the wait is now nearly over, as coffee shop Eighth and Roast will open the doors to their new Chestnut Hill location on Monday morning. Located at 225 Chestnut Street at the corner of Chestnut and Third, this 500-square-foot outpost of the popular Eighth Avenue storefront will offer a more trimmed-down menu of caffeinated beverages and bites.

And to get a preview of the space and offerings before Monday's official opening, co-owner Lesa Wood tells Eater that an open house will be held tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Coffee samples will be available, along with a limited menu of drinks and several of their best-selling scones and muffins for purchase.

Starting Monday, regular business hours will be 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
