It appears that Thrive Cafe, a gluten and dairy-free restaurant in The Factory at Franklin, has gone dark. A tipster alerted Eater to the closure, saying that an announcement on Thrive's Facebook page (which has now been removed) earlier this month noted that they would be closing for a few days to add additional space to the cafe, with their own website then (and still) displaying the following message a few days later:
We're bowing out gracefully from the Factory at Franklin, folks. Big dose of gratitude to all who frequented our little cafe. Cheers!
Thrive Cafe definitely did not have an easy road in getting open. Initially called Spark of Life Cafe, it was originally slated for a new development in East Nashville, but those plans never fully materialized.
Eater attempted to reach out to Thrive Cafe reps, but had not heard back at the time of this posting. So if you have any additional details, please do send them along.
