UPDATED: Take a Look at The Honeysuckle's Menus, Available Starting Tonight

At last, all the details are starting to come in to focus.

UPDATE: An article published earlier today on Brentwood Home Page provides additional details on The Honeysuckle, most notably the news that longtime veteran Nashville chef Josh Weekley is at the helm. Weekley previously ran the kitchens at now-defunct restaurants F. Scott's and Fish & Co., as well as current Belle Meade standby 360 Bistro, to name a few. Weekley describes the restaurant as "modern Southern comfort food meets dry-age steakhouse meets oyster bar -- with a big healthy helping of fresh seafood," while their general manager promises "a Picasso on a plate[.]"

In addition, the food and beverage menus have now been posted and can be seen in their entirety below.

It looks like The Honeysuckle is finally ready to reveal itself, as the new Cool Springs restaurant appears poised to open tomorrow. A social media post from late last week tags tomorrow as the opening date, with friends and family meals having taken place over this past weekend.

But there are still very few details regarding the menu and beverage program. A website still has not gone live, and a request for additional details to owner Kelly Black had not received a response at the time of this posting.

The few photos there are on The Honeysuckle's Facebook page show a general type of Southern fare, including a burger, roasted cauliflower and macaroni and cheese. And while there are no dessert teasers, it's known that Ashley Jent, formerly the pastry chef at Mason's, is heading up that department.

So if you have any additional details, or plan on checking it out this week, do send any intel or first impressions to the tipline.
