Recap: Eater and Goose Island Chef Meets Brewer dinner at Nashville's Butchertown

In the second dinner of our Chef Meets Brewer series, Eater and Goose Island took over Butchertown Hall for a four-course feast full of flavor. Goose Island Brewer Marc Drucker perfectly paired seven brews with custom creations from Butchertown Hall's Chef Hrant Arekalien. Guests were taken through a huge range of flavors including oak-smoked brisket with barbecue sauce, sweet cucumbers and pickled white onions paired with Goose Island's Matilda and smoked tomato jam crostini with Manchego cheese and fresh herbs paired with Goose IPA.

Check out the full meal in the gallery below. Feeling jealous of this feast? We're heading to Houston on September 9th. See the full details and buy your tickets here. Next on the lineup: Washington DC and Charleston.
