If you are one of the many that is still grieving the loss of Midtown institution Sub Stop this past May, then it should come as very welcome news that the longstanding sandwich shop is returning.....to Murfreesboro. Yes, that's correct.

The Tennessean reports that Murfreesboro resident Travis Millwood has purchased the business from former owner Diane Grizzard and is bringing it to 306 West Vine Street, with the original menu and classic pink and blue exterior in tow. Grizzard states that they are hoping to open this October.

But that's not all. Grizzard also reveals that he "has plans in the works to reopen in Nashville in 2016 and a Brentwood location in 2017." So be sure to check back for future updates.
