Did your favorites make the cut?

Eater Nashville

Now that the resurrected Green Hills Grille is teed up to open their doors on Sept. 21, it's time to get into the more interesting details of the project. First up: an exclusive first look at their full opening kitchen and drinks menus.

Split into the standard appetizer, salad, sandwich, entree and dessert categories, it looks like fans of the original Grille should have plenty to look forward to, as a number of popular dishes are making an encore appearance.

Returning appetizers include the tortilla soup ($7), coconut chicken tenders ($10) and MJ's spinach and artichoke dip ($11). Salad options run the gamut from a Thai fried chicken salad ($14) to the salmon avocado kale salad ($18). Both the rib rolls ($15) and the 'Best Burger in Green Hills' ($13) are back in the sandwich rundown. And past favorites Santa Fe ($16) and lemon artichoke chicken ($16) both are back to round out the entree portion of the menu, with prices ranging from $16 to $34.

On the beverage side, they will offer a full bar, with a list of ten cocktails priced at $10 each. The wine list consists of almost 60 different bottles, with nearly half offered by the glass. Rounding out the list are a dozen beers, along with non-alchoholic beverages and specialty coffees.

So check out the full menus below, and be sure to leave any first impressions in the comments.
