Take a Look at How Midtown's Le Sel Is Shaping Up

They're also hiring this week as well.

Construction on Strategic Hospitality's much-anticipated 'New French' Midtown restaurant Le Sel continues to move forward. And with the previously papered windows now uncovered, we get a first glimpse of how the project is coming together.

Gone now are any traces of previous tenant Music City Tippler, and in its place stands a bright, fresh space. In the main dining room, the walls have now been painted neutral colors, with black and white tiled flooring. It also looks as though that promised raw bar, which will soon be serving oysters, caviar and other creatures of the sea, is in place.

The lower level bar looks to not be quite as far along as the main dining room, but it certainly mirrors its neutral color palette and clean look.

And if you're in the market for a job and want to see the restaurant space for yourself, Le Sel is hosting a job fair today until 4 p.m., with interviews being taken on the spot.
