This November will mark one year since Prima, the ambitious Gulch restaurant from Community Hospitality and executive chef Salvador Avila, opened their doors. And to kick off the anniversary, Avila plans to launch their first Sunday brunch service.
Set to begin Nov. 15, Avila describes the menu as "a blend of [his] favorite Mexican breakfast items, mixed with French, Spanish and Italian techniques." And to get an idea of exactly what he's talking about, we have your first look at the full menu.
The eclectic offerings are broken down into four sections: 'the cart,' featuring a selection of house-made pastries; starters, ranging from deep fried duck scrapple ($11) to posole ($8); mains that include chilaquiles ($14), baked eggs with braised collard greens ($13) and a classic cheeseburger ($15); and an assortment of sides ($3 to $7).
Planned hours will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. So head below to check out the full lineup.
