Tupelo Honey Cafe Opens Their Doors in Franklin Tonight

The 7,300 square foot restaurant will serve lunch, dinner and brunch.

Popular Asheville, N.C.-based restaurant Tupelo Honey Cafe has announced that they will open the doors to their new Franklin storefront on Monday, Oct. 19. Located in the Meridian Cool Springs mixed-use development, this will be their fourth restaurant in Tennessee, and twelfth overall.

Offering a broad menu of "Southern-inspired" fare, the approximately 7,300 square foot restaurant and bar will offer lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, as well as a full bar with 37 beers on tap along with three on-tap cocktails. The space itself will seat 172, with room for another 50 on an outside patio. And according to a release, the interior will feature artwork by a number of local artists.

At opening, they will serve dinner only Oct. 19 through Nov. 1, with regular lunch, dinner and weekend brunch hours beginning on Nov. 2. Regular planned hours will be Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
