Very soon, Nashvillians will once again be able to enjoy their favorite Green Hills Grille dishes, as the classic local restaurant is officially re-opening on Sept. 21 after a seven year 'hiatus.' Located in the Greenbriar Village Shopping Center in Green Hills, the revamped Grille, brought back courtesy of Mere Bulles owner Steven Smithing, promises to offer a combination of classic dishes along with some new entries for lunch, dinner, late night and weekend brunch.

The 6,700 square foot space will seat 175 guests, with an additional 40 outside on the patio. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Interior and menu details are scarce at the moment, so as the opening draws closer, be sure to check back for more updates.
