UPDATED: Little Donkey Is Now Open in Germantown

UPDATED (2/8/16): Little Donkey opened quietly late last week. Hours are 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The final piece of the retail puzzle is almost ready to open at Fresh Hospitality's Germantown Market, as Little Donkey appears to be entering the final push to open next week. The Birmingham-based Mexican restaurant and bar made the mention of an impending opening on their Facebook page yesterday afternoon.

Housed next to two other Fresh Hospitality concepts, Juice Bar and Cochon Butcher, the restaurant will offer up an extensive menu of Mexican fare including small and large plates, soups, salads and Mexican street-style tacos, along with cocktails, margaritas, wine and beer.
