UPDATED: After Slight Delay, BLEND Bar Opens Downtown Today at 4 p.m.

UPDATED (1/22/16): The grand opening of downtown's BLEND Bar has been postponed, as reps for the cigar and bourbon bar say they are awaiting final approvals from the city. Check back soon for a new opening date announcement.

Indianapolis-based cigar lounge BLEND Bar has announced a Jan. 22 opening date for their second location, and first in Nashville. Located downtown on Church Street in the former Pacifica space just a few doors down from Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant, the lounge occupies 2,700 square feet and plans to offer a wide selection of cigars, along with both food and drink menus.

The spirits menu will include primarily wine and bourbon with brands such as Balvenie, Blanton's, Pappy Van Winkle and Johnny Walker Odyssey. Planned food options include appetizers, charcuterie plates and sandwiches.
