DOWNTOWN – After a test run late last month, 12 South’s Josephine is officially launching a new pop-up quick-serve concession stand for all Tennessee Titans’ home games starting this Sunday, Oct. 16. Located on the main concourse at the south end zone at Nissan Stadium, executive chef Andy Little, in collaboration with Aramark’s Launch Test Kitchen, will serve an initial menu featuring items such as loaded tater tots, buffalo cauliflower and a smoked beef sandwich. FRANKLIN – Eyeing a December opening, the chef team behind upcoming seafood-focused Gulch restaurant Fin & Pearl will hold a preview dinner at sister restaurant Saffire in Franklin.
