Big news for fans of Five Points Pizza, as the East Nashville favorite has announced plans to open a second location in a new development along the growing Charlotte Avenue corridor.
The new outpost, located in the planned 26,000-square-foot Sylvan Station mixed use development at 4100 Charlotte Avenue, will take up approximately 4,600-square-feet, much more than its original spot, and feature a larger dining room, an outdoor patio and a dedicated counter for large orders and carry out. The menu is expected to stay the same, with daily slice specials, specialty pizzas and more.
Opened in 2011, Five Points rapidly grew a large and loyal following, which co-owner David Tieman, in a release, cites as a major reason for the expansion: “As we’ve continued to grow....we’ve seen more and more customers coming from all over the city - and even neighboring cities. This second location will help us to better serve our growing clientele[.]”
The Sylvan Station project is slated to be completed in late 2017, so look for Five Points Pizza’s opening around the same time.
