The last of John Besh's Thompson Nashville hotel puzzle pieces is now in place, as Killebrew Coffee opened in the ground floor earlier this week.
Named after the first Tennessee Commissioner of Agriculture J.B. Killebrew, the bright 14-seat cafe space designed by Parts and Labor Design offers a casual daytime menu (see in full below) featuring coffee from Revelator, a variety of teas and pastries, breakfast sandwiches and grab-and-go options. Pastry wizard Lisa Marie White, Besh's chef/partner at New Orleans bakery Willa Jean, is behind the pastries, as well as the massive biscuits.
Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week.
