EAST NASHVILLE - Dose Cafe & Dram Bar is finally in the booze game with the launch of its bar program last night. Serving up beer, wine and cocktails starting at 5 p.m., the Riverside Village coffee shop, restaurant and bar will now offer extended hours until 10 p.m. [Instagram]

EAST NASHVILLE - Otaku Ramen is popping up in the POP restaurant space one last time with ramen and robata service running Tuesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. now through Dec. 23. Ramen variations include Tennessee tonkotsu, oxtail shoyu and soy milk veggie, with robata options ranging from Chinese eggplant to shrimp and trumpet mushrooms. [EaterWire]

NASHVILLE - Vivek Surti looks to continue ramping up his VEA Supper Club dinners with three more in December. On Dec. 5 and 12, he will be taking over the kitchens at Butcher & Bee and Le Sel, respectively, teaming up with chefs Bryan Lee Weaver and Brian Lea. And on Dec. 11, he and Lea will offer a five-course dinner with optional drink pairings at Le Sel.
