Tom Morales’ latest project, the seafood-focused Fin & Pearl, opened in the Gulch last week. Designed by local architecture firm Tuck Hinton, the ocean-themed restaurant and bar is open and bright, with nautical nods throughout. The two most prominent design elements are the ‘Boathouse,’ a community dining area, and the restaurant’s central bar, built as a re-imagining of a ship’s mast. Also included is ‘The Chart Room,’ a private dining area with room for up to 50 guests. So go ahead and take a tour through the space.
