The Hook Opens on Wednesday, and Here's a Look at Their Full Menus

Po mis, buzz pops and much more.

It's almost time for Dale Levitski and the team behind Sinema to unveil their sophomore project, as The Hook is slated to open this Wednesday at 11 a.m. In recent weeks, they have been teasing out photos of various menu items, but keeping it pretty well under wraps. But today Eater gives you the first look at the full menus (head below to take a look).

The idea behind chefs Levitski's and Vasisht Ramasubramanian's food is casual dishes relying heavily on fish and chicken. The menu is broken down between shared plates, salads, mains, sandwiches and sides, offering up items such as a curry charred octopus salad, low country boil, Italian beef and a "po mi," a Creole take on a traditional banh mi.

Jesse Fraser, previously the lead bartender at Sinema, has made the move to oversee the front of house and bar program at The Hook. Here, he's created a cocktail program featuring boozy frozen and smashed drinks, as well as a new creation called "buzz pops," carbonated cocktails made and bottled in-house. There's also of course wine and beer by the can and on draft, along with non-alcoholic options.
