Bar Sovereign opened just before Christmas, and is quickly building a reputation as a unique, laid back spot to grab a drink in a part of SoBro that has pretty much been devoid of any nightlife options. So Eater photographer Justin Chesney stopped by to capture the scene on a recent Saturday night.
