Following the lead of their recently opened SoBro sister restaurant Steadfast Commons, Germantown coffee shop and cafe Steadfast Coffee is getting into the dinner and cocktails game, debuting brand new menus for both starting tonight at 6 p.m. (see full menus below).
Chef Dut Goodman is running the kitchen, starting with a tight menu of bar snacks, starters, mains and desserts. Items include chicken liver pate with bread and jam, trout with shaved brussel sprouts and cippolini onions, a burger and rum panna cotta.
And as at Steadfast Commons, cocktail consultant Troy Sidle and Steadfast co-founder Nathanael Mehrens have teamed up on the cocktail menu, with half of the initial half-dozen offerings featuring coffee as a component.
To help kick things off, the first 42 diners will receive half off their purchase of food. And since it is St. Patrick's Day, they're offering $2 off beer on tap all night as well. Planned dinner hours will be Tuesday through Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m.
