Plans for the former Sunset Grill property are finally coming into focus, as a representative for Fresh Hospitality, the Nashville-based restaurant group that purchased the space last April, confirms with Eater that popular food truck The Grilled Cheeserie is partnering with Fresh to open their first brick and mortar location there.

Started by husband and wife team Joseph and Crystal De Luna-Bogan in 2010, their food truck, specializing in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, has been widely regarded as one of the best on the Nashville scene. The Grilled Cheeserie will be joining at least one other as-yet-unannounced Fresh Hospitality-backed project at the property.

No other details are known at this time, but be on the lookout soon for updates.
