On the heels of yesterday's news that The Grilled Cheeserie will be opening their first brick and mortar location in the former Sunset Grill property in Hillsboro Village, there is now some official confirmation out today that popular Gulch breakfast and lunch eatery Biscuit Love is also eyeing space at the same location.

Biscuit Love co-owner Sarah Worley tells the Nashville Business Journal that while there is currently no lease in place, they're taking a hard look at Hillsboro Village, with their 'top target' being the former Sunset Grill space. Which makes sense, since property owner Fresh Hospitality backs both Biscuit Love and now The Grilled Cheeserie.

Since Fresh's purchase of the building in April 2015, the general talk has been that three restaurants could end up in the new retail project. And it appears that the third will be Juice Bar, Vui and John Hunt's rapidly expanding healthy juice and smoothie concept. When news broke yesterday regarding The Grilled Cheeserie's plans, the Juice Bar Twitter account responded with "@GrlldCheeserie looks like we are going to be neighbors! Can't wait!!"
