Yesterday news broke regarding the purchase of Lynn's Paradise Cafe, a beloved Louisville, Ky. restaurant that operated for 22 years before abruptly closing three years ago. The property, which had been up for sale during that time, was reportedly sold to a Nashville-based restaurant group whose "restaurants are well-known and loved in Nashville," with now-former owner Lynn Winter declining to reveal who the buyer was. But Eater has now learned that the buyer is Nashville restaurant juggernaut Fresh Hospitality, with partner Matt Bodnar confirming that they indeed purchased the property, but haven't decided on a use yet.
Fresh Hospitality has plenty of restaurant concepts under its umbrella, including Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint, Biscuit Love, Cochon Butcher, Juice Bar and Big Bad Breakfast, so there's no telling which one or combination of them might be included in the project.
