SOBRO - On March 13, Etch and executive chef Deb Paquette will team up with "sensory perception experts" Steve Keller of iV audio branding, Oxford researcher Dr. Charles Spence and protégé Janice Wang for "Sounds Delicious," a four-course dinner in which they will share their findings of how spicy and sweet relate to sound while a ‘sonic chef’ mixes sounds live to match each plate.
