SOBRO - Plans were unveiled this week for the 27-story Westin Nashville's amenities, including L27, the city's highest rooftop bar, and Decker & Dyer, a casual lobby bar and restaurant. THE GULCH - That W Hotel long rumored to be headed for The Gulch is now official, as parent company Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. confirmed the plans this week. The food and beverage plan as it currently stands calls for two restaurants and an "artisanal bar." [NBJ]
