Forget about that planned Friday opening, the folks at The Birdhouse decided that they are ready to roll and just opened for lunch service at 11 a.m. today. Featuring a menu with a number of options for the crispy dish, along with bibimbap, Korean barbecue brisket and sides including kimchi greens and togarashi fries, they plan to be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.
