Chicago's Doughnut Vault No Longer Headed for The Gulch's Thompson Hotel

Nashville gained a lot of John Besh concepts, but appears to have lost some of the country's best doughnuts

Monday's news that New Orleans chef John Besh and his hotel dining division One House Hospitality would be bringing three new dining concepts to The Gulch's Thompson Nashville hotel was certainly met with a lot of excitement, but it left one nagging question: does that mean that Chicago's Doughnut Vault, previously reported to be part of the project back in late 2014, won't be coming after all? The answer: unfortunately yes, as a rep for Besh confirms with Eater that he and One House Hospitality will be the only food and beverage operators for the project.
