DOWNTOWN - Primings Cigar Lounge & Bar is now under construction at 701 Fourth Avenue South just south of SoBro. The 3,000-square-foot, two-story concept will have a full-service bar in addition to walk-in humidors, with the first level open to the public and the second catering to members. HILLSBORO VILLAGE - Cabana chef/partner Brian Uhl, who has been dealing with some serious health issues, is directing attention away from his health troubles and focusing that energy on a fundraising event for the newly established Brian Uhl Culinary Scholarship at Nashville State Community College. Taking place at Cabana on May 9 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., the tasting event will feature small bites from a number of local chefs.
