The official start of pool season is literally just around the corner, and the folks at Pinewood Social are celebrating the warm weather and the opening of their dipping pools by hosting Chicago fried chicken and frozen cocktail specialist Parson's Chicken & Fish May 13 thru 15.
Parson's executive chef Hunter Moore will be serving up some of the restaurant's 'greatest hits' from Pinewood's poolside Airstream trailer, including hush puppies, pimento toast, and their signature fried chicken sandwich. Bar manager Charlie Schott will also be along for the fun, slinging Red Hooks, Micheladas and his own signature drink, the Negroni Slushy.
Hours for the pop up will be 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 13 and Saturday, May 14, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 15.
