NASHVILLE - New York-based Brooklyn Bowl is reportedly looking to enter the Nashville market, eyeing locations "along the Charlotte Avenue corridor and more recently between the area south of Broadway and the Gulch[.]" The concert venue, bar/restaurant and bowling alley currently has locations in Brooklyn, Las Vegas and London, with another planned for Chicago. SYLVAN PARK - Construction of Edley's Bar-B-Que's new Sylvan Park outpost is getting closer to the finish line, as the popular restaurant is aiming to open by the middle of June. This location will feature two outdoor patios, with the restaurant clocking in at roughly 3,600 square feet. [The Tennessean]

COLUMBIAA. Marshall Family Foods Inc., the company behind Puckett's Grocery and Homestead Manor, is adding another new concept to its roster, as Hattie Jane's Creamery is slated to open in Columbia, Tenn. early this summer. The shop will sell pints of its ice cream in-store, with plans to eventually include it on Puckett's restaurant menus as well. [EaterWire]
