It appears that the wait shouldn't be too much longer for the doors to open at Bajo Sexto Taco Lounge, the bulked-up Sylvan Park outpost of Jonathan Waxman's SoBro taqueria. Tables and chairs are set in place, the garage doors are rolled up and chef Kaelin Ulrich Trilling fired up the kitchen equipment for what appears to be the first time over this past weekend, turning out a batch of carnitas:
Of course no official word yet on an opening date, but be sure to check back, as an announcement is expected any day now.
