Now that the team at Butcher and Bee has a little over five months under its belt, executive chef Bryan Lee Weaver and his crew are ready to add one more service: Sunday brunch. Yes, starting this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., that most wonderful of weekend meals will be served, and Eater has a first look at the menu.
The kitchen menu is a mix of already popular dishes along with more breakfast-focused plates. Alongside the hummus, whipped feta and Korean fried chicken sandwich you'll find shakshuka (a Middle Eastern dish of poached eggs and spicy tomato), kale and eggs and a boreka benedict. Beverage options include coffee and tea, sodas, mocktails and brunch standbys like the mimosa and Bloody Mary, as well as some additional cocktail creations.
