A top New York City cocktail bar is opening up shop in East Nashville, as the owners of Attaboy confirm with Eater via a press release that they have purchased the building at 8 McFerrin Avenue, a piece of prime real estate located directly behind the Two Son retail store that fronts Main Street.
Aiming to open late this summer, Well Favoured Hospitality, which is comprised of partners Jason Seiden, Sam Ross and Michael McIlroy, made known last November that they had eyes on expanding to Music City. Nashville's Attaboy outpost will be larger than its sister spot in New York and will include outdoor seating, but it will still be no reservations and will serve until late. Brandon Bramhall, an original bartender at Attaboy, is planning to relocate to Nashville full-time to run the new location as a managing partner.
The release also teases out additional projects the group has in store for later this year and into next, including in Brooklyn, Asia and The American Restaurant in Port Chester, NY.
