The juggernaut that is Nashville-based restaurant group Fresh Hospitality is at it again, this time setting their sights on some prime real estate in East Nashville's Five Points area, as The Tennessean reports that they are currently under contract to purchase the Hunters Custom Automotive buildings at 969 and 975 Main Street.
Fresh's J. Michael Bodnar says that the plan is to redevelop the property into a multi-tenant retail space featuring at least six fast-casual restaurants, along with additional retail uses. And the group certainly has plenty to choose from, with restaurants such as Biscuit Love, Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint, Collo Rosso, Big Bad Breakfast, Little Donkey and many more currently under their umbrella.
So be sure to check back for updates as things progress.
