Hattie B's Unleashes Nashville Hot Chicken On Birmingham Starting Today

It's a big day for local hot chicken outfit Hattie B's, as they officially open their Birmingham, Ala. location, their first out-of-state storefront and the first out-of-state expansion for any Nashville hot chicken restaurant.

Opening in the ground floor of the 29 Seven apartment development in the Lakeview area, owners Nick Bishop Sr., Nick Bishop Jr. and executive chef John Lasater will be serving up their menu of hot chicken plates and sandwiches, sides, desserts, Sunday brunch chicken and waffles and more. Operating in approximately 3,000 square feet, the restaurant offers 80 seats inside and seating on the patio for 48.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
