OPRY MILLS -€” Unidentified investors are reportedly looking at the Opry Mills Mall as a potential location for a new flavored vodka and moonshine-making distillery. In preparation, the investors are pursuing a distilled spirits plant permit, as well as a text amendment to permit an artisan distillery within a commercial attraction zoned property. If approved, the distillery would sell bottles of alcohol, branded merchandise and have an on-site tasting area. [Tennessean]
