A healthier quick service food option is about ready to hit 12 South, as Franklin Juice Co. is set to open its doors tomorrow morning.

Opening next to retail store Serendipity, founder Brett Henry tells Eater that the menu at Franklin Juice Co. (previously announced as Bushel and Bowl) will be slightly limited during the initial soft opening, but available items will still include acai berry bowls (as well as a new dragon fruit bowl), salads and wraps. Along with the assortment of cold press juices they're known for, there will also be an orange juice machine, as well as kombucha on tap. And their coffee and espresso program will be kicked up a notch with the addition of a Slayer Espresso machine.

The space itself has seating for 16, and Henry says that they have received approval for a small courtyard, which will be coming in the near future. Exterior signage from Sideshow Sign Co. will also be installed within the coming weeks.

Initial hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week, so check it out and be sure to send over any first impressions.
