After a friends and family opening night event yesterday evening, the long in development Sylvan Park location of Edley's Bar-B-Que is preparing to open its doors to the public this afternoon.
Co-owner Will Newman confirms with Eater that the restaurant will begin service today at 4 p.m., with regular opening hours of 11 a.m. daily kicking in tomorrow. The 3,600 square foot eatery will feature all the pulled pork, lunchtime-only brisket and bushwackers the neighborhood can handle, along with two outdoor patios totaling approximately 1,600 square feet. Parking is always at a premium in the neighborhood, but they do have 28 dedicated parking spots behind the restaurant.
So be sure to check it out, and do report back with any first impressions of the new location.
