It's the first retail tenant to open in the new development

Eater Nashville

Heading into July 4 weekend, the Sylvan Heights/Park neighborhoods will be gaining a new multi-purpose food and beverage option, as a Friday opening has been announced for Salt & Vine.

Owned by Nashville native Mattie Jackson, the 4,000-square-foot gourmet marketplace, tasting room, wine bar and bottle shop is opening on a prime corner of the currently under construction Hill Center Sylvan Heights development, and will be the project's first retail tenant to open for business. Later this year a second location of Double Dogs sports bar, an outpost of popular Atlanta eatery Farm Burger and The Urban Juicer will join them.

Planned hours will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with the shop staying open until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Other than that, few details are currently available, but be sure to check back this week for updates and additional intel.
