DOWNTOWN -€” A new upscale sports bar is planned for near First Tennessee Park. Called Closers and located at 717 Third Avenue North, the 8,500-square-foot restaurant will have a sports theme, feature both rooftop and ground level patios and serve "higher-end bar food" with an emphasis on craft beer.
