GERMANTOWN - A food hall is among the plans for a proposed 400,000-square-foot development on the southeast corner of Second Avenue North and Taylor Street. While specific details are not yet known, other components of the project would include a grocery store, hotel, office, and additional retail space. [Tennessean]
